Hi,

I tried to deploy my app on iPad.
My app DOES NOT need to use the location service.
However, it seems that a dialog is always prompted to ask user to allow / disallow the use of location service.

Where can I stop this? Do we have similar setting as the permissions for Android?

Thanks!

Hi Ralph,

There is no such option for iOS currently. We will change the default behavior to ask on the first API usage for our next release.

What we have done is to take the default Cordova template and only expose options when necessary. That is the reason why the app asks for location on start up and we currently do not have option to remove it.

All the best,
