Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the problem you describe locally neither with the Windows client, nor with the In-browser one, here is a short video

As we cannot debug/comment on an issue we cannot reproduce, I would appreciate if you record your traffic
with Fiddler as advised in earlier post, save the whole session (.saz), zip it and upload it to a free file server and give us the link here. You can also send it via email to our support address given previously.
If this proves to be a bug in our software, we would extend your license for the days you were not able to use it.
