ListPicker + Grouping

Hi,

I am looking for a ListPicker that allows grouping of its entries.

GroupHeadline1
   Item1
   Item2
GroupHeadline2
  ItemA
  ItemB

Is this possible using your controls?

Thanks for writing.

Currently this scenario is not available as an out-of-the-box feature.

Do you need to have the items grouped in the Inline mode of the ListPicker or in its popup?

I am looking for a groupd popup. Grouped inline mode would nice but I belive this hard to do because auf the limited space...

Thanks for writing back.

One of our concerns about using grouping in the popup of RadListPicker is that when you tap on group headers another popup would open making it two simultaneously on the screen. This is not a good practice and therefore we opted for putting RadDataBoundListBox within the popup instead of RadJumpList.

A possible way of implementing similar behavior would be to use RadJumpList with grouping and put it on a separate page which is opened when selection has to be made. This will allow you to use grouping and also allow for tapping on group headers for faster navigation.
