ListBox CSS Style Settings

I am using the RadSkinManager on the Masterpage. I have attempted to set a smaller font-size and I've even tried the "!important" settings extension, but the resizing fails to work.  The only way I was able to make it work was to completely remove the Telerik style from the control.  Thank you in advance for help guidance.
