Listbox and DragDrop.Behaviors cause to duplicate data

I have created listbox with the use of drag-drop behaviors. When I drag and item adn drop to another listbox then change its order with other items and again drag it to previous listbox then it will duplicate my data.

I tried to reproduce the problem, but to no avail. I would suggest refering to the following online example about RadListBox with DnD - http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#ListBox/DragDrop and you can find its source.
