Hi 

Is the renewal process is for Licence or for support.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. The license you own is a perpetual license, meaning that you will not lose access to the product after expiration. However, after expiration you will not be able to receive ane support or updates on this license going forward until it is renewed.
