Launch page in Internet Explorer Not Working

I downloaded and installed the trial version today from your website. When I click 'Launch page in Internet Explorer for recording' the browser appears as expected.  However, nothing is recorded.  I am running IE 8 32 bit.  I do not receive any errors - just nothing happens.  I receive the same behavior regardless of what site I access (Internet, Intranet, Trusted)  Any ideas?

I am using Windows 7.  Are there any known issues with this OS?  I will check out the videos when I get home as our firewall blocks access to the link you provided.

Thanks for the update, please try with UAC completely off for Windows 7 to see if that fixes the problem.
