I'm not sure I understand the issue you experience - is it the "header" you get at some unexpected location or perhaps the recorder doesn't position the highlighting rectangle at the correct place? Either way this seems a specific issue to the particular application as I haven't seen something like this with the latest release we published in February.
Can you please submit a private support ticket to share access to the application if possible? We will need to replicate this in house to isolate the problem.
In the meantime, if by any chance this is a some kind of conflict with the newly introduced HtmlTable set of translators you can quickly try disabling those and see if that helps. Just go to the Translators settings
and uncheck the last item in the HTML list - "Html Table Translators".
