Hello,

I would like to create a rotary knob which has labels around it which rotate with the knob in response to gesture manipulation and I would like for these labels to be rotated along with the knob. In Telerik Silverlight controls, there is a RotationMode for the labels and I would like the SurroundOut method. Is this sort of thing possible in Telerik Windows Phone 7 in the radial gauge area?

It should look similar to a compass which has the labels for the degrees rotated all around the circle. Is this possible using a Telerik RadGauge control?

Maybe there is a work around that could suffice, such as a transform etc...
Thank you,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the question.
I am afraid that currently the gauges for WindowsPhone do not support this feature.
The only way to implement this would be to manually position marker indicators at specific points and make
them automatically rotate based on their value. This is done with the IsMarkerRotated property. The drawback is that this will not automatically update if you dynamically change the min and max value of the gauge ranges.

Please write again if you have other questions.
