In my design when the user is typing something in textbox or textarea after typed letter are cove by the keyboard.is there a method to reduse the size of the keyboard or something else

This sounds like a known issue occurring on Android devices, that has been brought up in this thread:
Virtual Android keyboard is overlapping input form fields
