We are planning to use icenium to build iPad app. Given the fact that iPad has more real-estate it would be good if we could use some nice data grids and some more advanced controls. KendoUI Mobile doesn't really have that and I am wondering if it is possible to use KendoUI Web in icenium, will it actually work nicely along with Mobile framework?

Yes definitely they are all made to work together. We have customer using Kendo UI Web and Kendo UI DataViz to make complex visual appealing mobile applications.
My advice is to run all Kendo UI demos on iPad/Android tablet to get the idea how well they perform. With proper configuring and styling for smaller screens all shall run fine on phones.
