Kendo-UI Toolbar overflow out of Knockout.js context

Hi Tony,

The Kendo-Knockout library is an open-source project that is not developed nor maintained by Kendo UI team which is why we cannot help with this issue.

The k-overflow-wrapper element is Kendo Popup component, the same component is used numerous other widgets such as DropDownList, ComboBox, AutoComplete, DatePicker and etc. The solution should be the same as the one applied for the aforementioned widgets.
