Kendo UI Menu Issues in IE 10 on a Windows 8 RTM Tablet

The kendoui menu demos don't work properly in IE 10 on touch enabled device...When you move your finger over a menu...the menu expands but you cannot select a sub-menu.

The Same demo works in Google Chrome on the same touch enabled device.

The same issue exists for Chrome 22 on Windows 7 touch enabled devices, will this fix apply herel?

Hello Brett,

No, this is a completely different issue - Chrome 22 enabled both touch and mouse events on touch enabled Windows 7 and 8 devices by default, and we only bind to touch events when touch is detected. We are working on this issue and the fix will be available with the next release (and maybe partially in the beta sooner than that).
