It's Telerik UI for WPF 2014.3.1202.40.

There is a  RadCartesianChart on screen. Once user clicks on outside region of the chart, the track ball disappears due to losing keyboard focus.

Is it possible to keep the track ball inside chart in this case? It still has logical focus anyway.

Thanks.

Hello Lian,

The trackball in 2014 Q3 does not have any built-in functionality that will allow the track info to appear when the mouse is not over the plot area. As a result, when you click outside the chart, the trackball is already collapsed because the mouse left the plot area before to that. If you get a different behavior, you most probably have some code to handle this.

With 2015 Q1 we introduced enhanced trackball support where it is possible to keep the track info open when the mouse is not over the plot area. This is demonstrated in our SDK samples here, under the Keyboard Navigation tab.
