Hi
When I change the settings "Execution Delay" , "Toggle Annotation" and "Debugger Options" in a test, the changes are not saved when I close and re-open it.... What can I do to save theses changes ?

I am sorry but these settings cannot be saved for Quick Execute. There are Execution Delay, Annotation settings for contained in the .testsettings file as shown in the attached screenshot. These only apply when running your test from VS Test View or from the command line with MSTest.
