JustCode didn't flag a Mismatched type conversion

I have a statement like this: foreach(Type1 item in listVariable)   where listVariable is List<Type2>. JustCode didn't report any errors while Visual Studio reported a compile error where it can't convert between the two types. Using JustCode 2013.1.219.5 in VS 2010.
