    Hello Telerik,

I am trying to integrate some Open Source Sofware using JQuery and, as all my MaterPages load Telerik AjaxManager+Tooltip Manager+ some other radControls, my question is: is there a risk that JQuery be loaded two times in each page.

(The source I am integrating uses DNA library with DN.JQuery.)

I have checked the page code using IE8 dev tools and this is enough unclear for prophans that I have been unable to solve this question.

My second question is more license related: JQuery is copyrighted John Resig dual license MIT and GPL: does this mean we could use all this in a commercial product ?

    Thanks for Telerik advice.

    Hello Christian,

jQuery should not be loaded more than once on a page. If you are experiencing this please let us know with further details.

Licensing: The MIT license is quite liberal and allows for inclusion in commercial applications as well.
    Consult this page for details:
    http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php

    Kind regards,
