Please, take a look at the following:

• The trdx example report installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting Q1 2013\Report Designer\Examples\Product Sales.trdx, which illustrates a table structure similar to the one of your screenshot;
• The Sales by Product Line per Period online demo and the video how to create it;
• Understanding CrossTab areas help article;
