    Hello Afis,

This behavior is controlled via the data source you use for RadMenu. For example, with a sitemap data source you could set :

     <asp:SiteMapDataSource ID="SiteMapDataSource1" runat="server" ShowStartingNode="False"/

    Hello Afis,

Could you please check if the problem is not related to the IE issue described in this blog post - http://blogs.telerik.com/aspnetmvcteam/posts/10-05-03/internet-explorer-css-limits.aspx?
