ISSUE: Sooo, Windows client simulator grays out when using developer console

I had an issue where I hit F12 in the simulator to get the developer console to come up and this simulator screen blanks and becomes gray.  When I close the developer console the screen comes back. 

 

Any ideas Telerik?

Thank you for contacting us.

I am afraid I was not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please provide us with more information in order to investigate this case further:
  • Are you experiencing this issue with all your projects
  • Are the DevTools working properly when opened. Do they display the application elements correctly.
  • Could you provide us with a sample application to reproduce the issue

One thing you could try is to clean the AppBuilder cache and see if the issue is resolved. The cache should be available under the %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache directory.

Hi Ventsislav,

 Clearing the cache folder out worked. I am not sure what the issue was on that, but everytime I went to hit F12 it just blanked out into a gray screen. It seems to be working now.
