Hi THIYAGARAJAN,

It seems you are trying to use the Publish to App Store via iTunes Connect option, provided by Icenium. To be able to complete this task, you need to follow these steps.

  1.  In iTunes Connect, with your Apple ID, create an application record with the application identifier you want to use for your app. The status of the application record must be Waiting for Upload.
  2. In Icenium, use the Publish feature to build your app for publishing.
  3. When prompted, provide your Apple ID login credentials.
  4. If you have completed these steps and you have a matching application record, you should be able to see a similar screen with your app title and bundle ID.

For a more detailed walkthrough, see this article in the documentation.

Hello THIYAGARAJAN,

You might find this article in the official Apple documentation very helpful. it describes in detail, including screenshots, all the steps that you need to perform to create an application record. You might want to jump straight to this step of the tutorial.

Also, you might want to read our helpful tips and tricks for getting approval for your App Store submission.

Hope that helps and good luck with your app!

Hi THIYAGARAJAN,

Support email and support URL are helpful addresses for your users where they might seek support and help with your app. I would suggest putting an URL to your or your company's support web page. If you do not have one, you might want to put the official product or application web site in there, or point to the contacts section on such a website.

Keep in mind, that the URL should be valid.

Hello,

Congratulations on getting so close to publishing your first app with Icenium. In this screen, you need to click Upload to start uploading your app to iTunes Connect. If the upload is successful, you should receive a notification. However, note that Apple evaluates the uploaded app and decides whether it will be actually published in the App Store. Icenium has no control over that.

My suggestion is to check regularly both iTunes Connect and your mail for any notifications from the Apple team on the status of your app.

Hi,

As stated earlier. Icenium has no control over the publishing process past clicking the Upload button. Apple has probably provided further detail on what the issue is in your email inbox, associated with the Apple ID you used for publishing. You need to review the Apple notification and modify your app accordingly and resubmit it. Have you received an email notification?

This thread in our forums might also be of assistance.
