I have an issue like, when I try to drag and drop an image on to the editor, image drops as expected but resize border is shown above ribbon control.
This issue happens only in Internet explorer 9.

Hi,
This is a feature of the browser and it cannot be avoided. IE9 lets users resize images, and the handles it attaches stay on top of all other content. They are not HTML elements that we can access or modify, however, so we cannot influence them. If you add an image to a simple editable iframe/div you will observe the same behavior.
