Issue adding a new risk

Hi,

In the risk screen, we're having an issue where when you click the green + button to add a new risk, it isn't adding a new risk.  Just wanted to let you know.

Hi Jon,

 Thanks for reporting this to us however I am not able to reproduce this issue.  When adding a new risk, the system is supposed to clear existing filters and then add an new item with a name of New Risk at the bottom of the list.  It should then auto-scroll to the new item that is in edit mode.  Perhaps you have many items and the scroll isn't working?  Do you have any filters enabled?  Does this happen on other screens?
