Hello Alex,
Thanks for writing.
We do not have plans to implement a RichTextBox control for Windows Phone for now. There are a couple of options that you have to display rich text, the Browser Control being the preferred one. The TextBlock element supports formatting of text portions within its Text as well.
Thanks. I use BrowserControl to display formatted text. It works well, but i need to edit text preserving format and embedded images. Is there any solution?

Hi Alex,
As already mentioned, we do not have a RichTextBox control for Windows Phone and I cannot give any estimation of whether we will introduce such in the near future.
