Is there a way to push "modules" or new app features to an AppBuilder app?

I was wondering if we could push new app features or modules to an AppBuilder app without having to go through the App stores.  Lets say we have a new "mini" game we want to push to our app. Is there a way to do this through AppBuilder and a hybrid app?
