Contractually, it is not possible to upload my assemblies over the interwebs. Is there a downloadable version?

Sorry to hear that, but we don't have downloadable version for the moment. Similar is planned for Q1 2011 - it will be integrated in the VS and will have UI there.
Maybe you can think of workaround the interwebs rules.
If we can be of further help, please let us know.

Is Minifier integration with VS still planned for for Q1 2011, if not what is the plan ?

Unfortunately the Minifier Integration is not planned for Q1. Please vote for the feature in order to raise it's priority.
For the moment we haven't specific plans for the implementation.
