At this point there is only beta version available.
In order to download it go to the Free Trials section of your account and click on the Beta RadEditor for Sharepoint 2010 RC webpart available link, or go to Free Trials, click on DLLs, Scripts, Source Code, DNN and MOSS wrappers ... link and then download BETA RadEditor for MOSS 2010 RC (zip, 8391 KB).
