When using the RadImageEditor on the iPad the image get loaded upside down. This happens in both the code I have developed and on the Telerik demo page.

Thanks,

Hi Michael,

I tried to reproduce the described issue on both the online demos and a test page, but to no avail. Could you, please, provide more detailed information on the specific scenario?
  • Which version of RadControls and .NET Framework are used in the application?
  • Under which iOS version the problem occurs?

Could you try to reproduce the same issue on another device, ensuring that it uses the latest iOS (which is the only one supported by Telerik)? If the problem is reproducible, please, provide a video or reliable steps on how to reproduce it locally.

Kind regards,
Vesi

This happens on an iPad 2 running iOS 6 using the very latest Q3 rad controls.

If I go to http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/imageeditor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx and upload my own image from the iPad it initially shows up upside down. Then if I crop the image sometimes it rotates back sometimes not.

Thanks,

Hi Michael,

I made another test, using all the iOS and RadControls versions mentioned by you, but I am still not able to reproduce the issue. You could see a video from my test in the following link: Uploaded image in ImageEditor.

Are you able to reproduce it with different images, or eventually on different devices, using the same iOS?
