Hi Senol,

When you build an IPA from the Publish wizard (aimed at the App Store), you cannot install it on device without actually publishing it first to the App Store and downloading it from there. 

If you would want to produce an IPA for end users, you can take a look at this article and consider the Telerik AppManager private app store service.
