We have a device running Pol in Nigeria according to your mapping data. The device cannot contact Pol.Broker, but it can contact Eqatec. How do I see the IP address of this device in Eqatec?

Seems strange? We periodically update our GeoIP location database but we are aware of a few IP mappings that are incorrect and perhaps this is the case here as well?
In order to find an IP address, I think your best bet is to do the following:
1) Go to the installation and set a filter on Nigeria
2) Select IP in the small dropdown list (or select Cookie or InstallationID to your preference)
3) In the menu on the righthand side, select to download the list of values which will be the list of unique IP addresses encountered for the given filter
Hope this helps. Do let us know if it looks like you encounter GeoIP lookup issues, I can perform a validation test to see if our database is outdated and if our provider has a more updated version
