It seems I have everything set correctly, but I cannot get my application to run on an actual iOS device. The very first time I hit "Run on Device" it worked perfectly.  I made a change to my code, rebuilt the project, then hit "Run on Device" again.  The device never updated.  I uninstalled my app from the iPad, and it has never re-appeared.

Quick rundown of my config:Running the latest (installed today) version of iTunes.
Options > Mobile > iOS
I have three provisions here (a Developer, Ad Hoc, and AppStore)  I have tried with each by itself.  I have also tried selecting each individually.  The Developer and Ad Hoc provisions are tied to my iPad, and my device appears on the iOS pairing tab.

Options > General > Certificate Management
I have thee certificates here.  iPhone Developer, iPhone distributor, and a Google certificate.  In
Graphite only, there are two additional (old) certificates that do not appear in Mist.  If I try to delete them from Graphite, I either receive an error or nothing happens at all.

Properties > iOS > Code Signing Identity
My developer certificate appears in this dropdown box. When my iPad is connected to the computer, the device icon in the bottom right corner of the program turns green. There are no build errors or warnings on my solution.

When I hit Run > On Device
The build succeeds.  The progress bar goes all the way to the end.  Then the green number box on the device icon count up to around 50.

When I hit "Publish" the package file saves properly.  If I drag that into iTunes, nothing happens.

Hopefully, that is enough info to determine what the problem is.  If not, please let me know, and I'll provide additional info as required.

Hi Brad,

Could you please mail your latest Graphite logs to support [AT] icenium.com? You can find those in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs.

When you drag your IPA in iTunes, does it show up in the Apps list in iTunes? Does iTunes display any kind of error?
