Hi

I've had a search through previous issues and can't see this so hopefully you'll be able to help me.

I'm trying to install an app from my App Manager account on an iPhone and I'm getting the "can't be installed at this time" issue. This occurs if I download it though App Manager or directly via url / QR code.

However, if I download the signed app on a mac I can install the app through Xcode with no issues.

The UDID is definitely in the provisioning profile. I was able to install via App Manager yesterday, but I did try to add more devices to the profile this morning (after which I resigned the app using the new profile downloaded from the Apple developer portal). Since then, I have been unable to install any version on that iPhone or the others that I added to the profile.

Have I missed something?

Hello Ben,

This error usually means that your device is not provisioned in the provisioning profile. You can check which device UDIDs are provisioned for the app. Click on the app version and scroll down to the Provisioning Method section. You should see a grid with the provisioned devices. Depending on the distribution method you should see them either as Unknown or In the Profile. Unknown devices are provisioned in the profile, but are not registered in AppManager. Note that device registration happens only through the AppManager mobile app so if you don't use it, you will always see devices as Unknown. In the Profile devices are provisioned in the Profile and are registered in AppManager. Can you please check your app? If the device you are testing on is provisioned in the profile, please open a support ticket, so that we can take a closer look and provide a better and quicker support.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
