I'm getting the following invalid markup errors for the ListPicker in the designer; however, the control still seems to work correctly:

Error 1 The local property "Header" can only be applied to types that are derived from "HeaderedItemsControl".

Error 2 The local property "SelectedIndex" can only be applied to types that are derived from "RadSelector".

Hi John,

Thank you for writing.

I created a new project and added RadListPicker, but it seems like it is not enough to reproduce the designer exception that you mentioned. You will help us a lot if you share the exact steps that we need to perform in order to reproduce this behavior (or you can send us a sample project which reproduces it). Also let us know the exact version of the controls that you are using.
