You can integrate RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX in an ASP.NET MVC Web Application with some limitations that stem from the differences between the two types of applications. Please check the section Integrating RadControls in ASPNET MVC in the RadControls documentation for more information on the matter.

Kendo UI for MVC provides MVC wrappers for the Kendo UI components, which are based on JavaScript. They have no relation with the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Please provide more information that clarifies what you want to achieve and if your problem is related to Kendo UI for MVC contact them via a separate support ticket.
