    public  int CompareTo(object value)
        int num;
        if (value == null)
            return 1;
        if (value as int)
            num = (int)value;
            if (this < num)
                return -1;
        if (this > num)
            return 1;
        return 0;
        throw new ArgumentException(Environment.GetResourceString("Arg_MustBeInt32"));

    In my opinion there is some bug in recognizing some conditional statement.
    if (! (value is int))

    Hello Martin,

     Thnks for letting us know about this. That is definitely a problem. Also there is another problem here with the dead code after the return statement. We are due to fix there before our official release.

    All the best,
