installed msi.... now what?

I downloaded and installed RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_2_826_dev.msi, and it seems to have only installed this folder at C:\Program Files\Microsoft ASP.NET\ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions\v1.0.61025, which only contains System.Web.Extensions.Design.dll and System.Web.Extensions.dll.  Where are the Telerik AJAX assemblies???

Hi Phil,

RadControl files, by default, are installed in the C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2009\ directory.

Yes, I already performed those steps to install the product, and yet there is no C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2009\ on my machine.  I downloaded it an hour ago.  I think there's a problem with the build that is published on the web site.

are you running a 64-bit machine? The ProgramFiles location is %ProgramFiles(x86)% there. You could type %ProgramFiles% or %ProgramFiles(x86)% directly to win explorer.

Problem solved:  The installation had indeed failed.  On the final screen, it froze up and failed to complete.  I re-downloaded a new installer and that new one completed its installation properly.   Sometimes, I take the Web for granted....
