While researching your particular installation problem, we found several similar issues reported on other software which were caused by newer versions of either the .NET framework itself, Visual Studio, or any service packs of either being placed at the same location for download as an older version. If you have installed any beta or otherwise different versions of any of these products or service packs, we recommend uninstalling those versions, and then either downloading and installing the latest versions yourself, or attempting to allow the trainer to download the correct version.
