Hi,
Do i need vs2008 or vs2010 to be installed in the build server before i install Web UI Test Studio Run-Time edition in order to run my test?

Hi ching ping,
You need MSTest to be able to run the tests and that comes either with Visual Studio or as a separate download as pointed in this blog post (question #1).
Also as a reference, just in case you haven't seen that, please check the documentation here. I hope section #2.2 there could be of help.
