I need help. I got the installation error when the installation package tries to create a database. See attached image.

Hello Philipp,
Do you want to have your say when we set our development plans? Do you want to know when a feature you care about is added or when a bug fixed? Explore the Telerik Public Issue Tracking system and vote to affect the priority of the items.
At the moment TeamPulse requires SQL Server Express 2008 to be installed and is therefore looking for a SQL Server instance at .\sqlexpress. Can you please ensure this is installed and try again?

I had the same error.
I had SQL standard installed
I corrected the error by creating an additional instance called "SQLExpress"
Installed right after without issues.
