I would like to initialize data for automation test by run SQL script, so how to implement it. Does Developer Edition support this ?

Hello Totti,
   it's possible to execute a script before your test starts. Check out his KB article:
http://www.telerik.com/automated-testing-tools/support/kb/code/executing-custom-scripts-before-after-your-test-runs.aspx
However, WebUI Test Studio has no features specifically related to SQL scripts - you will need to write the logic that executes the script your self.
