In the documentation for the dashboard, it says

The status history chart, iteration/sprint burndown chart, and the what's new feed are all available in RSS format. To subscribe to a feed, click the RSS button in the top right corner of a widget to get the URL. Copy and paste this URL in any RSS reader. The chart feeds contain images of the graphs and are updated daily.

Is it possible to increase it to more than once a day?

Hello Stan,
The "What's New" feed gets constantly updated and you can use as frequent updates as your RSS feed reader allows.
The chart feeds (the status history and the iteration/sprint burndown charts) are indeed generated daily because they are initially designed to be used on a daily basis. The current implementation of TeamPulse does not include an option for increasing their generation to more than once a day.
(Just the desired hour for generation can be customized through the {TeamPulse installation folder}\IntegrationService\Telerik.TeamPulse.Integration.Service.exe.config file - using the ChartGenerationTime="..." property.)
In case you need to monitor the progress of the charts during a single day - you can view the charts in the Dashboard screen - they are updated dynamically based on the current data.
