images(Arrows) on left upper corner

Hi,
I have used code given in telerik demo for First Look. When I run this application I could see two images(Arrows) on left upper corner.
What are they for? How can we remove it? or how can we use it in our application?

Could you upload a screenshot where the images that you have in mind are visible? I can't figure out which images you are refering to.
