in my case image map is not available and cannot select image at all in RadEditorMOSS_5_8_16_Q3_2012_Trial

Hello,

You can manually enable the Image Map dialog by opening the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\wpresources\RadEditorSharePoint\5.8.5.0__1f131a624888eeed\Resources\ToolsFile.xml / ListToolsFile.xml file and adding the following tags to it:

<tool name="ImageMapDialog" />

Hi,

This is the AccessibleEditor control which offers a limited set of tools. You should disable it and activate the full featured RadEditor for MOSS 2007 editor. To do that go to the Site Features section and disable the Accessible Editor feature as shown in the following video
