Image not captured to disk

Please i can't captured desktop or browser , i added 2 steps to my test to capture the desktop and browser , when executed this test its passed but not captured any image and log this error "Image not captured to disk. CreateLogFile is set to 'false'."

Environment:
VS 2010 pro
Win 7 pro
WebUI_TestStudio_Developer_2010_1_518_Trial

Overall Result: Pass

Hello Ibrahim Imam,

This is normal when you run the test via QuickExecute. When you run the test from Test View then the CreateLogFile setting is set to to True and the image will be captured.

I get the same message even though I start the test from the Test View via F5. What am I doing wrong?

I apologize for the delay getting back to you.

Please check the CreateLogFile setting in the Test Settings of your projects Settings file. It must be set to True.

I set "CreateLogFile" to 'True', still i can't capture the screen. Same result this time also.

Hi Mousumi,

How are you running your tests? When you Quick Execute a test Test Studio will force this flag to false and will never capture the image. It only honors the flag and capture images after you put the test into a Test List and execute the test list.
