Hi
   if you browse this Url
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/toolbar/examples/clientside/addremovedisableitems/defaultcs.aspx
Using IE 8 with compatibility off   (Click Tools Menu-> uncheck Compatibility View)
and click on "Disable Last toolbar item button" , you will find that on disable the last toolbar item Icon is blurred and has drop shadow where if you browse in any other browser or turn compatibility on , it wont blur nor will drop shadow.
The toolbar I am using in my application mostly contains Icons with 20X20px without text so when they get disabled they get horrible .

Any Solution would be highly appreciated.

Best Regards
Rizwan Bashir

Hello Rizwan,

The problem has been fixed in the 2009.Q2.SP1 release, which will be out in a few days.
