Would it be possible to add an exclude filter for files that show in Navigate - Go To File similar to the Filter for Code Analysis. I'd like to not see Designer files in the Go To File results.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I suppose you are talking about WinForms project. We will definetly look into adding such feature and an option to turn it on/off in the future. You can follow the PITS Issue by its ID: 2301 in our Public Issue Tracking System.

I was actually referring to asp.net designer files. Sorry I didn't include that info originally.
