We offer free major version product updates if you have placed your order within 30 days prior to the official release of the major version. This is why if you purchase a Developer License of the product you want today, you will be eligible to receive our Q3 version at no additional cost.
However my advice would be to purchase a Developer License with Subscription and Priority Support, because our Subscription service entitles you to receive all Major Version Releases and corresponding Service Packs within 1 year from the purchase date.
