Hi!
We're using Rad Editor Lite (v4.5.4) and we're encountering problem with Paste functionnality on IE 7 (no problem with FF or IE6).
To simply explain :
you copy a word, press shift enter (or enter) , paste your word, the word is copied after the current text, not on the new line /paragraph.
Doing the same with a space, or an other new line, 'solve' the problem.
Is there a LF/CR problem with IE7?
regards

Hello Jc,

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I was not able to reproduce the problem. Could you please send us a HTML code sample, where we can see the code before and after the paste.

Thank you.

I have a similar problem. It isn't just a "new line" problem, and it only happens with lists (bullets, numbers). If you copy and paste into the editor, the previous "visible" character is always overwritten, whether that character is a hard return or a semicolon or an alphanumeric or whatever. I am using IE7. IE6 does not seem to have this problem.

The workaround, as jc says, is to put an extra space where you want to paste the text. Then if you paste after the space, the extra space is overwritten with the pasted text.
