For some reason, using the test recorder to record a click button action only works in Firefox/Chrome but do not work in IE11 ? I've tried the recorder and tried programmatically clicking the action using EXT JS5 / j Query. Same results, anyone have any clue why that happens?

Hello Cher,
Please provide more details on the error you are experiencing when executing the test in IE11. Also I can see that you are using an older version of Test Studio, it would be nice if you try with latest version. Did you try to simulate real click?
Also if you are able to provide access to the tested application so we can try to record and execute a test it would be great.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

yes, simulate real clicks. I've tried recording in IE and then running the test but the click will not fire the event of that button. Weird.

Hello Cher,
The update is not helpful at all, I know what is the problem you are experiencing, however I cannot reproduce it and I will need your assistance. Please provide me with reliable repro as I've already requested so I can take a look.

did anyone find solution for this? or how to fix it? In my script, this is reproducible when trying to click a button after interacting with a calendar control. I have enabled simulate real click. This is not an issue in chrome browser.

I found a workaround for this issue. Use 'OnClick' javascript event.
