Please try the following steps:
- Close Graphite (make sure Icenium.Graphite.exe is not present in the process list)
- Navigate to %LocalAppData%\Telerik\BlackDragon and delete IceCookie.bin
- Start Graphite
Try those and if the problem persists, we would be expecting the following logs:
- zip and attach %LOCALAPPDATA%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder
- logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it before launching Graphite and save the HTTP requests Graphite performs to disk. Zip and send those our way.
